vitalize e.g. your water for boiling with the new faucet swirler.
The swirler is in one piece, so no assembly is necessary after printing.
In the upper part of the swirler, the incoming water is divided into five
curved pipes and directed into the lower part. These then feed the water
tangentially into the lower egg-shaped body of the faucet swirler.
Depending on the pressure set, a cone of water is created at the bottom
outlet of the swirler.
The model of the faucet swirler offered here fits taps with a 21mm external
thread(visible after removing the aerator).
The faucet swirler is put on it, so it does not have an incorporated thread.

Tips for 3D printing:
If the faucet swirler is used for food preparation, care should be taken to
ensure thatnon-toxic filament is used in the production. I can't say to what
extent PLA or ABS are suitable for this. But there are various materials that
are food safe. Just have a look on the internet!
The swirler should be positioned on the Builtplate with the flange facing
the tap.A support structure is necessary to ensure proper printing
(60 degree overhangs should be covered)!
In order to guarantee the tightness of the tap swirler, a low layer height
should be set (0.1mm). Since tensions arise in the material when the swirler
is attached to the tap thread, care should be taken to ensure that it is
sufficiently filled (30-40%).
