Shower like in the summer rain with the shower head "water swirler"
The swirler consists of two parts! In the upper part is a vortex chamber and the water channel in the lower part.
The water is pushed into the lower part by the two Ram horn shaped water channels.
The lower part is an egg-shaped hollow body, which forms the inflowing water into a vortex.
At the outlet a cone of water forms.
The thread on the upper part fits on a normal shower hose.
Delivery:
- Top swirl chamber as a polygonal model in the STL format
- Lower part of egg-shaped hollow bodies as a polygonal model in STL format
- Flange seal as a polygonal model in STL format
Tips for 3D printing:
The two components of the water swirler can be created with every 3D printer!
The seal contained in the data set should be made with a flexible material (flexible PLA or nylon).
The two components are connected with 5 screws (2.5 x 10mm, thread for plastics). Alternatively,
the two parts can also be glued together.
I´ve printed my own Swirler with a copper-containing filament (Copperfill of Colorfabb)!
