Since 2002, I have been developing models for aerodynamic and engine room simulation for the
automotive industry. The creation of such data sets is very similar to the preparation of the data
for 3D printing. Through years of experience, I am well aware of the procedures and quality
requirements that are necessary to create 3D print templates. Since 2014 I have devoted myself
to 3D printing. My printer is an Ultimaker 2+, which has been printing more than 3000 hours now
since I have it, and processed more than 2.5 km of filament.

Qualitiätsanforderungen:

The 3D printing templates offered in my shop are always finely interlinked, which is necessary to
round the model. I always check my databases for watertightness (no holes or open edges),
so that the 3D printing also goes as far as possible without complications.
On some of the figures, the watertightness is not yet given, but I am already working on it. However,
these models can also be processed with most "slicers". If it happens that a databases will not
working properly, do not be afraid to tell me via email. I will then look at the problem and try to solve it!
You will then get the "improved" model for free!

Requirements for the 3D printer:

Most of the 3D print templates offered in the shop are optimized for the standard equipment of the
different 3D printers. The extruder nozzle should have the size 0.4 to 0.5 mm and the layer thickness
resolution should be at least 0.1 mm. If other setups are necessary for successful printing, this is
mentioned in the article descriptions. Therefore, you should read this carefully!

Requirements for the "User"

You should have already discussed with your printer and your slicing software more intensively.
With some 3D print templates you have to make settings on the software, especially the fineness
of the support structure and coverage of the support structure for the model.
